I am having email verification problems

First, please ensure you’ve used the correct email address when signing up by accessing the Account Manager and confirming the email address that is registered to your account.

Then, please be sure to check your spam folder in case the verification email was filtered there.

If you’ve confirmed that you’ve used the correct email address, but you still can’t find the verification email, then click the link to have it automatically resent when you are prompted to verify your email address.

Then, once you’ve verified your email address, please refresh the application in your browser to update your WaveBasis workspace.

NOTE: If has been a long time since you first signed up to WaveBasis, your original verification link might have expired. If this is the case, please click the link to re-send your verification email and try again.
