How do I subscribe to a plan?

It’s easy!

You can subscribe by opening your account manager window from the main menu in the top left of the workspace and selecting a plan as illustrated below.

1. Open the Account manager window from the main menu:


2. After opening the account manager window, navigate to the Plan & Billing tab. Then, select the billing options, click “Change my plan” and select a new plan if you want to change your plan.

3. Then enter your payment method and billing address.

4. If you have a coupon or promo code, enter it into the space located at the bottom left corner of the Plan & Billing tab. Click the “Apply promo code” to confirm that you’ve entered the promo code correctly and to make sure the code is valid:

NOTE: On some smaller screens and devices, you might need to scroll the Plan & Billing tab page in order to see the Promo code area.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that you cannot combine multiple promotional discounts if you have more than one promo code. Only one promo code can be active on your account at any given time. So make sure you enter the code that you want to take advantage of!

5. Click the “SUBSCRIBE NOW” green button at the top of the Plan & Billing tab page, then confirm that you want to subscribe to the plan.

That’s it. You’ll subscribe to the plan you selected and immediately have access to its features and benefits.
